The Brief

Sometimes you know exactly what you want, sometimes you have a broader view of what you need. In either scenario, our team will work with you to develop a detailed brief and identify your priorities and objectives. This will guide the whole process from design to delivery.

Conceptual Design

Our team will consult with you to understand how your organisation operates, which working models best suit your teams and what currently isn’t working. Using our technical and industry knowledge, we will develop designs and provide you with 2D plans and 3D renders to help visualise the concepts for your space.

Our approach allows you to develop and refine the designs to suit your aspirations and budget. By putting our customers first and carefully listening and understanding your objectives, we always deliver the workplace that aligns with your vision.

Space Planning

An important part of the design process is the functional design of the space. In every commercial space there is a requirement to adhere to a variety of building, fire, and health & safety legislation. Our expert teams will incorporate these elements into the design process, so that, alongside the look, feel and operational functionality, you can be confident that safety and compliance are also at the heart of your design.

Technical Design

Once we have reached design sign off, we will put together a detailed technical drawing pack. This will comprise of Construction Drawings, Mechanical & Electrical Schematics, General Arrangement plans and Finishing Schedules. Plans will be submitted to Building Control and the Fire Authority, where required, to obtain the necessary Passing of Plans and ultimately obtaining a Completion Certificate.

Project Schedule

In conjunction with the project delivery team, the design team will co-ordinate all aspects of the procurement process. Everything from product finishes, samples, final specifications and lead times will be factored into the delivery schedule for your project.
